the 2nd bedroom was a pleasant surprise with its own private balcony, providing a unique and peaceful setting. The proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was excellent, offering convenience without the hustle and bustle. The room was clean, well-equipped, and even included unexpected amenities like a washer and heater.

Mind-blowing location just a 2-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. Our clean and tidy room, although a bit outdated, had all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and they provided an iron, ironing board, fan, washer, and even a heater. We didn't need the heater because the weather in late June was perfect day and night! The pool area was also quite nice.

I had a great time at Coblanca III Alquilevante. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing, and I enjoyed spending time there. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

It was the perfect location , not too busy but still vibrant. the room was clean and tidy, albeit a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed. the well, equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, fan, washer, and even a heater were provided. Although we didn't need the heater in June, the weather was perfect day and night. the pool area was also quite nice. the only downside was having to collect the keys from an estate agent, which cost us €10 for the journey there and back.
Nonetheless, we would definitely stay here again and give it a 9/10. Cons: Nothing at all!
